CLAIMS AND RETURNS

Order Cancellation

We are happy to cancel your order and issue a full refund. Please contact us as soon as possible by email at onlineshopeu@zimayaperfumes.com, stating your order number and the reason for cancellation. Only orders that have not yet been shipped can be cancelled.

If your order has already been shipped, it will need to be returned according to the return conditions stated below.

Returns and Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, we will be happy to refund your order. You have 14 days from the delivery date to return the product. All items must be returned in their original sealed packaging, unopened and unused. If all conditions are met, you will receive your refund after the returned goods have been received.

Refund processing times may vary, so please allow up to 21 business days for the funds to appear in your bank account. Bjutip does not cover return shipping costs unless the product is defective. Please note that even in the case of an approved refund or replacement, shipping costs remain the customer’s responsibility.

Item Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges for items after the order has been shipped. If you would like a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.

Returning Defective Products

We perform strict quality checks before shipping every order. However, if you discover a defect in the purchased product, please contact our customer service at onlineshopeu@zimayaperfumes.com, stating your name, order number, and a brief description of the issue. Detailed information regarding defective products and additional details can be found in our Terms and Conditions.

Responsibility for Returned Products

Please note that you are responsible for the returned goods until they are safely received by us.

Receiving an Incorrect Item

If you have received the wrong product, please contact our customer service by email at onlineshopeu@zimayaperfumes.com. Please keep your order details ready, such as the order number and product name.

We will guide you through the return process and, once the item has been received, we will either issue a full refund or arrange a replacement. Please note that you are responsible for the item until it has been received at our warehouse.
