Delivery information:

All orders are shipped on the same business day or the next business day.

Standard delivery time is 2–5 business days. All European orders are shipped from the central warehouse located in the Czech Republic.

For this reason, local tracking updates may be slightly delayed, even if the order has already been shipped.

Although most orders arrive within the expected timeframe, please note that delivery times may vary due to circumstances beyond our control. We always do our best to ensure that your order arrives as soon as possible.

In a small percentage of cases, an order may not arrive within the stated timeframe due to reasons beyond our control. In such circumstances, we are committed to acting promptly to resolve the issue in the customer’s best interest.

Packages that are still in transit cannot be resent. Undelivered packages must be returned before they can be resent or refunded. Lost packages are reported to the carrier, and a refund or replacement is issued once the case has been closed.

 

Order cancellation:

We are happy to cancel your order and issue a full refund. Please contact us as soon as possible via the Contact Us page, clearly stating your order number and the reason for cancellation. This only applies to orders that have not yet been shipped.

If the order has already been shipped, it must be returned within 14 days to receive a refund, provided that the product is new and sealed. For hygiene reasons, returns of opened perfumes cannot be accepted.
